Yes! Reducing, reusing, and refilling is what we’re about! Please make sure your containers are clean and dry before bringing them in to fill. If you forgot yours at home, we have a container library full of containers that are already sanitized and weighed for you.

You can place a special order! Special orders are a great way to purchase products you know and love but we just don’t have the space to stock them. You can also order in quantity to save money! If you don’t need a whole case, try asking a friend if they want to split it with you. Head here to submit a special order or a product inquiry (forms are also available in-store).

Each member of a household should have their own membership.

Our prices are competitive with other organic stores and bulk stores.

We have a product policy that informs our purchasing decisions. We do not carry products that don’t align with our values outlined in the policy.

Nope! All are welcome to shop in the store and place special orders. Owning a membership share grants members certain rights and responsibilities, such as a member discount, voting on major issues, participating in meetings, committees, and events, and more.

Membership applications must be completed in store. We will need your name, contact information, and membership fee. Then you’re all set!

3 steps: Tare, fill, weigh & pay!
Write the weight of your container on the container, or you can take a picture of the weight with your phone, or write down the tare weight. Fill it with the product of your choice (staff will assist with any liquid refills that can get messy). Then head to the counter when you’re ready and we will handle the rest!

We ask that donated containers and bags are in very clean, dry, and good condition. There is no shortage of containers so please only donate containers that you yourself would use.

No, we do not buy new bags and containers. All of our donated containers have been thoroughly sanitized.
